    Caring, homey memory care; recommended

I placed my aunt here and overall I'm very pleased - it's a small, family-run memory-care home with on-site management and medical staff, very clean, and the caregivers are genuinely caring, knowledgeable and responsive. The place feels homey and communal (puzzles, games, TV nights with popcorn, porch), close to doctors/Adventist hospital, affordable, and gives me real peace of mind because my aunt is happy and well cared for. Downsides: it's an older house with low lighting, limited bathrooms and some double rooms, occasional electrical and meal accommodation issues, and privacy/staff-turnover concerns have come up. For families wanting personal, attentive care in a cozy, community setting, I'd recommend it with those caveats.

Many activities help residents learn, stay entertained, and connect with others.

Prince of Peace aims to build a solid reputation for reliable service, quality care, and attention to each person, and the leadership keeps everything simple with clear lines of responsibility in each department.
