    Compassionate staff, beautiful campus, recommended

I placed my loved one here and feel confident overall - the campus is beautiful, spacious, clean, secure and homey with a great layout and outdoor space. The staff are the standout: compassionate, professional, memory-care savvy and consistently going above and beyond; daily virtual updates and clear communication gave me peace of mind. Activities are engaging and residents look happy; food is usually excellent but I've heard it declined after a chef change and some residents need supplemental nutrition (Ensure) from family. It's expensive and there have been occasional communication/coordination lapses and staffing concerns, but overall I highly recommend Bridges for thoughtful, high-quality memory care.
