Wonderful staff, limited medical care
I moved my mom here and overall I'm very pleased - the staff are exceptional, compassionate and attentive (from aides to dining and housekeeping), the building is beautiful and immaculately kept, the food is tasty, and activities and community life are lively. The move-in and ongoing communication were smooth and gave us real peace of mind. My big caveats: clinical services are limited (mostly med management), they don't routinely take vitals beyond temp, they won't do lift assists (you're told to call 911), and I've seen billing/medication issues and steep price increases. I'd recommend touring and meeting the care team, but verify nursing/medical capabilities and fees before committing.
