    Compassionate staff but inconsistent care

    My experience was mixed. Several caregivers and the therapy team (Marcy, Amanda and others) were compassionate, professional, and made rehab and end-of-life care bearable - rooms and common areas were very clean and memory care felt safe. However, staffing was inconsistent and often unresponsive (broken call button, high patient-to-staff ratio, poor phone communication), with lapses that led to neglectful incidents, lost belongings, and worrying billing/management issues. Meals, activities, and facility maintenance were hit-or-miss - excellent in some respects but unacceptable in others, so weigh the strengths against the risks.
