    Understaffed, neglectful nursing home care

    I placed my mom here and was horrified by minimal, unsafe care - understaffed shifts, poor meals and hygiene (dentures and food left, food in beard), early discharges, and hospice residents left unkept while leadership did nothing. A few CNAs/LPNs/RNs and therapy staff were loving, hardworking and helped with rehab, but the overall neglect and unprofessionalism outweighed those positives. I would not recommend this place until ownership and management fix staffing, sanitation, and basic care.
