Unsafe, dirty facility; inconsistent care
I had a deeply mixed and ultimately negative experience. A few staff (Amanda, Lara, reception) were warm, activities and PT sometimes good, and my mom liked some meals - but overall the place was unsafe and dirty: feces on hands/nails, awful smells, stains, food left everywhere, batteries/tubes under beds, and items/clothing gone missing. Response was slow or dismissive, nurses rude at times, alarms not set after falls, pills mishandled, and doctors often unavailable; management brushed off concerns and I ended up reporting issues to authorities. Because of theft, hygiene and safety risks, and inconsistent care, I cannot recommend this facility.
