    Mold, AC failures, restricted calls

I moved in and things seemed acceptable at first, but I found mold in the basement and experienced repeated heat/cooling failures (AC cut out). I felt the living conditions were unsafe, staff appeared stretched (roughly a 10:1 resident-to-helper ratio), and I was told troubling things about guardianship/financial exploitation and alleged dishonesty by the owner. They also restrict communication with family (no calls, strict phone time limits) - I cannot recommend this place.
