    Nice facility but unsafe staffing

I had a family member in the memory care unit - the building is beautiful, clean, rooms are a good size, meals were solid, and the caregivers who stayed were genuinely caring and attentive. Unfortunately management is unstable with frequent leadership and staff turnover; the place is chronically understaffed and often reliant on inexperienced temps, which led to slow responses, missed meds/reminders, skipped meals and real safety concerns (falls, walker left unattended). Communication was poor - hard to reach, no callbacks, canceled meetings - and corporate/management seemed indifferent after ownership changes. I like the facility and staff, but because of leadership and staffing issues I can't confidently recommend it despite reasonable pricing (~$2,600) and a generally pleasant environment.
