    Caring staff, but safety concerns

    I found the staff professional, incredibly caring, and attentive - the owners seemed committed to wellbeing, the care plans were personalized, activities engaging, and the spaces felt home-like and welcoming. But repeated loud disturbances, safety and cleanliness issues, and occasional neglect (even dog chaining) left me uneasy about fully trusting them with a loved one.
