As a licensed provider under the 245D waiver, Accra offers specialized services such as respite care, homemaking, Individual Community Living Support (ICLS), Individual Home Supports (IHS) both with and without training, and night supervision. For every 245D service, clients are empowered to select a trusted and qualified worker who aligns closely with their preferences and requirements. For IHS with training, Accra carefully matches clients with staff who are best equipped to address their particular needs. Each client is supported throughout their care journey by a dedicated Accra Service Coordinator who collaborates with the client and their county case manager to design and implement 245D Waivered Services.
