    About Tranquil Living

Tranquil Living is an assisted living facility and continuing care retirement community, part of a group of places like Tranquil Living Care Home, Tranquillity At Fredericktowne, Tranquility Way Llc I and II, Tranquilityvilla Inc., and Tranquility Valley Assisted Living. The community supports independent living, assisted living, and memory care all on one campus, so people can stay even if their needs change over time. Residents can choose from semi-private or one-bedroom accommodations, with furnished rooms and kitchenettes, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. There are plenty of amenities including a pool, hot tub, beauty salon, gym, movie theater, card room, community room, library, chapel, and laundry facilities. Pets like dogs and cats are welcome, too.

Residents get help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and transfers, plus personal care, medication management, and meal preparation. There's housekeeping, linen service, and a 24-hour call system with staff on hand any time of the day or night. For memory care, the staff provide secure environments, special programs, and memory-enhancing activities for those with dementia or Alzheimer's. Someone can receive skilled nursing with round-the-clock medical care, rehabilitation, wound care, and support from licensed nurses.

People who want to remain more independent can enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle with resort-style amenities, social events, field trips, and daily activities the community or residents organize. Meals include continental breakfasts and chef-prepared lunches and dinners, served by the dining team. Staff arrange medical and non-medical transportation, including rides to doctor's appointments, and coordinate with outside healthcare providers if residents need that.

Tranquil Living uses a person-centered approach, offering personalized care plans set up with a nurse. À la carte support services let people tailor their help to fit individual needs. The place designs activities for wellness, fitness, and spiritual support and hosts celebrations and parties for residents to stay active and connected. Special services include talk therapy, hypnotherapy, life coaching, and guided deep meditation, focusing on emotional and mental health along with traditional care. There's psychological testing, relationship counseling, child and family therapy, speech therapy, nutrition counseling, individual counseling, medication and psychiatric assessment, with therapy for conditions like anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, and mood disorders.

Families also find services for young children, like therapy, speech language help, assessments, early childhood education and screening, and family outreach through programs like Help Me Grow, Head Start, WIC, and more. The community has programs for people with hearing or vision loss, autism, disabilities, and services for pregnant or expectant families, including prenatal care, childbirth education, and support from doulas.

There are workspaces, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and reception staff for those who need a business space, whether for remote work or meetings. Flexible leasing, kitchen facilities, security, and laundry are available, too. Tranquil Living sits in a neighborhood where residents have easy access to shops and restaurants. The goal is to give residents and families a safe, supportive place that encourages growth, independence, and community, whatever the stage of life or situation.
