Excellent care but staff concerns
I feel my mom was very well cared for - amazing, round-the-clock care from a top-notch, friendly team (Justin was outstanding); private room/bath, clean cozy spaces and an outdoor area made visits easy. That said, despite how great it looks on the outside, I have concerns about staff kindness and credentials and think administration should investigate to ensure vulnerable residents are fully protected.
