Compassionate staff but unsafe, unclean
Many caregivers were kind, professional and truly cared - the ADON and several staff went the extra mile and my aunt often felt loved. But the place is chronically understaffed and overwhelmed; I observed filthy rooms (mold, dirty floors, used sheets, crumbs), sticky residues, food and dining problems, unsafe practices (poor handoffs, worrisome narcotics handling), and at times rough or neglectful staff and dismissive leadership. I'm grateful for the compassionate employees, but overall I'm very worried about safety and cleanliness and can't recommend it until those issues are fixed.
