    Great caregivers but management unprofessional

    I'm conflicted. My dad loves it here - Ms. Barbara and many caregivers are sweet and kind, the location is lovely, and the 55th-anniversary atmosphere was celebratory. However, I've experienced rude, unhelpful phone interactions, overheard staff gossip, and noticed management can seem unprofessional, so be prepared to advocate for your loved one.
