    Exploitative, neglectful facility with bedbugs

I lived here and ultimately moved out. Administration felt money-driven and I never got my rebate check - I felt financially exploited and leadership (including the VP) was unresponsive and disrespectful, especially toward disabled residents. Staff were often rude or incompetent, phones/contact info were inaccessible so family couldn't get through, and I reported concerns to the Dept. of Mental Health via the adult abuse/neglect hotline. The environment was neglected (bedbugs, bad odors, minimal food), though some staff and residents were genuinely caring.
