    Potential apathetic staff needs improvement

    I live here and believe the place has real potential, but staff often seem apathetic. Bathing and medication routines are inconsistent and the food is subpar. I’d only recommend this facility if management makes and sustains clear improvements — I’m open to staying if they do.
