    Homey facility but serious problems

I placed my mom here because it's a small, homey, very clean facility with private rooms/baths, friendly staff, good meals, and social residents - she's always well-dressed, gained weight, and I've had peace of mind when the on-site manager Susie is around. Unfortunately there are serious problems: chronic staff shortages and high turnover, no daily activities, poor dementia training (not suitable for dementia), medication/food mishandling, poor communication and unresponsive corporate - Susie leaving now is a major concern.
