Declining care despite responsive staff
I chose this rural facility for the lovely setting, open-door policy and generally responsive staff who answered calls-at times they did a great job and I feel comfortable with my placement. I also find the building run-down and dirty, privacy lacking, residents bored, and some staff brusque. I've heard allegations of abuse and noticed lapses that suggest risks of medication errors, neglect, and possible staph/infection exposure. I suspect rating manipulation and feel the overall quality has declined.
