Great care despite front desk
I was initially put off by a rude front desk and confusing visiting/appointment policies, which left a poor first impression. But staff and management quickly addressed my concerns - the memory care unit is excellent, my parents are happy and well cared for, and the caring team, strong medical support, safety, outings, music and outdoor-walk programs (and veteran-focused touches like Hero's Park/The Fox Force) give residents independence, respect and a high quality of life. Overall I'm pleased and grateful despite the front-desk/customer-service issues.
