Kingswood Court is a small, close community where seniors can feel at home and stay active, and folks here have options for independent living, assisted living, memory care, respite stays, rehabilitation, hospice care, and even home care, so all kinds of support are available as people's needs change over time. Kingswood Court is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, which means the place offers many different levels of help in one location, and the assisted living part's licensed as ALF353, with room for 44 residents who can have their own private living spaces and sometimes even a little kitchenette if they please. The staff-including Sarah Watson, Nicole Clouse, Lori Wilkerson, and Michelle Sorsen-work hard, with an Executive Director, Dietary Coordinator, and Clinical Coordinator all on board, so there's always someone to talk to if something's needed. The emergency alert systems in every room give peace of mind, and there's help with medication, bathing, dressing, and moving around, plus somebody stays on hand 24 hours a day, every day. Folks get housecleaning, laundry-even dry cleaning-and there's support with moving in, so transitions go smoother. Meals get served in a bright dining room and prepared with care for dietary needs, including allergy and diabetes diets, since the Dietary Coordinator keeps an eye on these things, and the food's homemade, too. Residents gather for daily activities, parties, community-sponsored events, and there are spaces for gardening, walking, games, and relaxing in a furnished, home-like environment with spacious floor plans. Telehealth visits and online psychiatry help make health care simpler, and staff work to offer gentle, kind care that aims to help everyone feel stronger and more confident in daily life. At Kingswood Court, the goal's to respect independence and privacy, offer a sense of belonging, and provide choices-whether that's choosing how to spend the day, which activities to join, or even which kind of help makes life most comfortable, and families can come for tours or talks to see if it's the right fit.
