I'm very pleased with the compassionate, attentive staff - they genuinely go above and beyond, providing solid medical care, medication management and regular checkups. The place feels homey with activities, a hairdresser, holiday parties and good meals, plus strict COVID safety that gave us peace of mind. Communication, billing and administrative issues were inconsistent, so get everything in writing. Overall my loved one is happier and safer here, and I would recommend it as a caring, long-term option.
