Pleasant at first, care declined
I liked it at first - pleasant place and they did a wonderful job with my relative initially - but when my family member got sick the care and staff assistance were inadequate. They require residents to self-transfer, won't accept electric wheelchairs due to an elevator weight limit, and I was warned not to bring a dying dog. Not suitable for ill residents - look elsewhere; they should be shut down.
