    Great therapy inconsistent care overall

I had a mixed but largely positive experience. The nurses, aides and therapy team were exceptional-kind, skilled and very helpful-housekeeping, activities and most staff were friendly and the building is often clean and pleasant. That said, care is inconsistent: I encountered slow buzzer response, occasional rude or rough staff, heating/room-temperature problems, billing/administration headaches and some reports of poor cleanliness and unsafe incidents. I would recommend this place for short-term rehab and therapy, but advise touring multiple times and checking staffing, infection control and administration before a long-term move.
