Excellent therapy, everything else failed
I regret placing my mother here. Communication was terrible-phones unanswered, family update requests ignored, her calls for help went unanswered, and leadership flip-flopped on basic permissions. Nurses and the therapy teams (PT/OT) were excellent, but most other staff were rude, unresponsive, and negligent: multiple falls, unsafe discharge without proper notice, overmedication, filthy conditions, and missing belongings (phone/computer). She was even airlifted to the hospital; overall therapy gets 5 stars, but the rest failed us-look elsewhere.
