    Staff misconduct and unsafe care

I initially thought this was a phenomenal facility with great staff and new management - very clean and I would have highly recommended it. But my experience turned awful: I witnessed staff misconduct and an alleged nurse drug scandal, my father's room was filthy, he was harmed, and the environment felt unsafe. I'm angry and cannot recommend this place.
