Nice neighbors; pervasive cigarette smoke
I like the neighbors and the maintenance guy, and the location is convenient if you have a car. But the non‑smoking building constantly reeks of cigarette smoke—corridors and my bathroom smell like an ashtray—so I run an air purifier and wear a mask because I have chemical allergies. Ongoing smoking despite No Smoking signs feels like a serious violation; unless they basically bulldoze and rebuild, it’s poor value for the price.
