    Beautiful building, caring staff, recommended

I chose this non-profit because the building is beautiful, clean and welcoming and the staff - admin, RAs, nurses - are caring, responsive and made us feel at home; my loved one is happier and more social here. Downsides: independent living is pricey, dining areas are small and could use better social options, some floors/layouts are confusing and parts are under construction, and I noted occasional issues (oxygen support, staff-safety concerns). Overall, despite a few organizational hiccups, the compassionate team and quality of care exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Champions.
