Aneta Park View Health is a senior living facility with 35 beds located in a small town, and the people there always try to create a home-like atmosphere, so residents feel comfortable and supported, whether they're there for short stays or need long-term care, and the staff is known for being friendly and caring, with dedicated volunteers helping out too, and, you know, they have a 13-bed special care unit for those needing extra support, including memory care for people with Alzheimer's, and you'll find private bedrooms that come with a single twin bed, comfy chair, bedside table, dresser, small TV, a big cabinet, and a personal sink, so residents get a sense of privacy and personal space while still being close to help if needed. The facility is a continuing care retirement community and serves as a skilled nursing home, offering all sorts of services like skilled rehabilitation, inpatient extended care, independent living, assisted living, memory care, hospice, respite care, care homes, adult day care, as well as home care and home health care (even medicare-certified options), so people have choices as their needs change, and the staff there focuses a lot on making transitions as easy as possible, always aiming for a warm, positive experience. They accept both Medicare and Medicaid, which is a good thing for many families, and they're recognized for clinical performance and patient satisfaction, with appropriate accreditations in place, and they've got a much above average rating for health inspections and overall quality, with staffing above average, though the quality measures come out a little below average by federal standards. There's a physical therapy room, activity programs, and social services, so residents can stay active, and there's always something going on if someone wants company, and the dining hall is big with many tables and chairs for seated meals, and you find a midsize kitchen with a sink, oven, and a table with chairs for small gatherings or activities, plus cozy fireplaces and spacious lounges with recliners if you just want to sit and relax, and large hallways with lots of comfortable seating. Outdoors, there's a concrete patio with a walkway and a swinging chair, which is nice for fresh air and a quiet moment, and the staff monitors for any serious health issues, like infections and safety concerns, to keep everyone safe, and they've got careful ratings on those things. They also pay close attention to nurse and doctor communication, room cleanliness, noise levels, and provide clear information about medications and recovery, all of which is reflected in regular patient experience ratings, and when you add it all up, Aneta Park View Health does offer a real choice for seniors who prefer a small-town, close-knit setting with many levels of care, and they welcome people for both short stays and longer needs, including those needing secured Alzheimer's care or just typical daily living help, putting a lot of focus on providing a true home environment for everyone.

High-quality care, but rude staff
I entrusted my loved one to this facility and, overall, I'm pleased - the care is high quality, staff are attentive, and their memory-care expertise plus social services and family involvement have noticeably improved our quality of life. The community is genuinely supportive. My only real issue: a few staff members are rude and display horrible attitudes that need to be addressed.
