The monthly rent for Prairie Hills I begins at $1325, which includes a number of valued services. Residents receive two meals per day, ensuring nutrition and convenience, as well as transportation to and from local medical appointments and worship services. Mail delivery, a variety of activities, and all utilities except phone and internet are also included. Residents have access to 24-hour per day on-call nursing services, providing peace of mind and medical support whenever needed. While private phone and internet are not included in the utilities, public WiFi is available free of charge for tenants.
In December 2010, Prairie Hills II was added to the community, expanding the available accommodations. Prairie Hills II consists of 12 units, including two two-bedroom units at $1925 per month, six one-bedroom units at $1725 per month, and four one-bedroom units on the lower level at $1445 per month. Each apartment is designed to offer comfort and a sense of autonomy while ensuring that assistance is always close at hand.

Housekeeping and laundry services are offered at an hourly rate, allowing residents to select the level of support that works for them. Assistance with activities of daily living and medication management can be accessed for an additional fee, with the amount depending on the level of assistance required. Residents can also benefit from licensed nurse assistance, with charges based on time spent, and nursing supplies are billed as needed. Physical therapy is available on site, provided directly by the local hospital.
