Gorgeous campus, great therapy, inconsistent
I love the beautiful, very clean lakeside campus, excellent therapy/rehab team, and many caring nurses - it's a top choice for rehab. But chronic understaffing and too many contract workers have produced inconsistent care: slow or absent aides, some rude/unprofessional staff, and even serious incidents that worry me. Dining and weekend activities are unreliable (promised made-to-order breakfasts and Coach House closed), and leadership communication is poor. Overall: gorgeous facility and great therapy, but staffing/quality control make me hesitant.
