Clean facility but care inconsistent
I had a mixed but ultimately disappointing experience. The building is clean and remodeled, meals are good, and many staff are friendly and respectful - a few showed real kindness that helped my mother smile again. However care was inconsistent and understaffed: PT and independence training were poor, medical care was sometimes delayed, residents were occasionally left soiled or undressed, and some staff were rude or unresponsive. One nurse, April, was excellent, but overall I would not recommend this facility.
