Wonderful staff, but safety concerns
I live here and overall it's been wonderful: incredible, family-like staff and an accessible, attentive administration; spacious, spotless rooms and common areas; engaging activities, outings and van service; restaurant-style meals and four state inspections with no deficiencies. That said, I've seen signs of poor management/understaffing and heard of a serious safety lapse involving a cognitively impaired resident, so I advise verifying care plans.
