Caring staff but unsafe, filthy
I had mixed feelings: the community, affordable rent, three meals a day, free cleaning/laundry and some kind, caring staff - even a wonderful owner - are real positives. But the facility is dated and often filthy, with worn flooring and poor curb appeal, security/privacy problems (holes in the fence, peeping), ignored requests, a troubling focus on meds, demands for money and belongings, and I felt lied to - my sister was treated like a lab rat. Because of those care and safety failures, I can't recommend living there despite some great people.
