Caring staff but serious neglect
I had a mixed experience. I appreciated caring, attentive staff, good therapy, tasty meals, activities and a clean, cheery facility, and some nurses and therapists went above and beyond. However I also witnessed unprofessional and neglectful behavior-missed meds/tests, poor hygiene, privacy violations, unsafe handling, and staff pushing hospice without a diagnosis-which led to health decline and an eventual transfer. My advice: closely monitor care and advocate constantly; this place can be excellent for some but seriously problematic for others.
