I'm grateful for the RN owner and the tender, skilled caregivers who made my mom comfortable in a spacious, spotless, welcoming home with a lovely fenced yard. However, I encountered poor communication, uneven staff quality and insufficient coverage, plus rigid policies (24-hour watch, forced removal and a $1,375 early-removal fee). I recommend their compassionate care but advise caution about staffing and billing practices.
