Caring staff but staffing inconsistencies
I'm grateful my mother moved here - the staff are genuinely caring, the apartment and view are lovely, and the grounds and activities (painting, exercise, outings) noticeably improved her mood and health. The facility feels clean, safe, and handled COVID well; the kitchen and many meals are good and staff often go above and beyond. That said, turnover and occasional short-staffing have led to long call-button response times, uneven training for some aides, management/communication hiccups, and inconsistent food/service. Studios are small and sparse in places, so check care level availability and staffing before committing. Overall we'd recommend it for the warm, attentive team and smooth transition, but with caution about staffing consistency and some operational issues.
