I don't see the highlights you mentioned - could you paste them? If you'd like a quick generic example while you do: "I moved my mom here six months ago. Staff are kind and attentive, the facility is clean, meals and activities are good, and I feel she's safe - but care can be slow when they're short-staffed and costs add up.
