The monthly rate structure is tailored to the person, combining a base rate for the apartment with a care rate determined by each resident’s unique needs. The care rate is carefully calculated based on the resident’s individual care requirements and the direct time needed to provide assistance, as determined through a collaborative care plan developed with the resident, their representative, the administrator, and the care team. These care assessments are updated regularly to ensure that support remains responsive and in line with each resident's changing needs.
