    Warm homey care, occasional lapses

My mom lives here and overall we're very happy. Staff are warm, caring and attentive, the place is bright, homey and clean, rooms are spacious, and there's a full activity program (ice cream socials, happy hour, exercise, outings) that really helps socialization. Meals are usually good but service can be slow and weekends dip; staffing shortages have sometimes delayed responses and there have been isolated medication/fall concerns. It's on the pricier side but feels safe, family-like, and I'd recommend it.
