    Warm staff but inconsistent management

I'd give this place more stars for the staff - warm, compassionate, and truly family-like; nurses and activity teams are professional and made my loved one feel at home. The community is clean, cozy, well-maintained, with nice apartment options, activities, and a welcoming atmosphere. My biggest concern is management inconsistency: understaffing, some inexperienced aides, budget cuts that affected meals and at least one delayed care incident, and watch contracts/fees. Overall I felt confident in the day-to-day care because of the staff, but I'd recommend visiting and asking leaders direct questions first.
