    Understaffed care, inconsistent and disappointing

I placed my mom here and had a mixed, mostly disappointing experience. Staff were often inattentive-missed showers and teeth brushing, dirty sheets and grungy towels, laundry not done, hearing aids dead or lost, and occasional medical lapses (pacemaker monitor, medication/medical calls). The community felt understaffed with high turnover, poor management communication, delayed reviews and inconsistent caregiving. That said, the property is nice, the food is generally good, some caregivers were kind and responsive (especially when Mom passed), and activities exist but engagement is inconsistent. For the cost I expected far better, so I would not recommend based on our experience.
