    Warm, caring staff; loved, pricey

I am so grateful for the genuinely kind, professional staff here - they felt like lifesavers, kept my loved one safe and well, and made the place feel warm and family-like. Management is committed, the community is clean and active (good activities and adequate meals), nurses and maintenance are responsive, and residents seem happy - I'd strongly recommend it. It's not perfect: the building shows its age, some caregivers can be inconsistent, memory-care availability is limited, and costs are on the high side. Overall I feel my family member was loved and well cared for, but weigh distance, price, and the occasional quality lapse when deciding.
