    Beautiful facility with minor issues

I'm very pleased-beautiful, spotless facility with hotel-like, spacious common areas and an amazing, attentive staff who made my loved one comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. Activities, food, and visible administration were strong positives. I do note occasional staffing and communication issues (slow phone response, weekend shortages, rare care/medication lapses), so I recommend touring and asking about staffing/medication protocols, but overall I'd recommend this community.

    About Jordan River Health Campus

Jordan River Health Campus offers many types of care for seniors, including assisted living at Shepherd's Path, memory support services at Ruth's Way, skilled nursing, and a full range of rehabilitation therapies in a 4,300-square-foot Therapy Center where folks can get physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and there are even special programs for orthopedic, cardiac, respiratory, and neurological rehab, so people who need help recovering from illness or surgery can get it there. The campus has short-term and long-term care available, and respite care lets family caregivers take breaks when they need them. The memory support unit, Ruth's Way, is specially built for people with Alzheimer's and other types of memory loss, with secure outdoor gardens and well-trained staff who really understand how to help people feel safe and calm. Staff at this place have expertise in geriatric care, and residents get help with daily needs like dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, walking, and getting around with a wheelchair if needed, plus there's help with medication, wound care, podiatry, and more.

Jordan River Health Campus is part of The Farms at Bailey Station and is associated with Kirby Pines in the LifeCare Communities of Retirement Companies of America group. The place is managed by Mr. Lindsay Bryant, who's also the main contact for the business, which operates as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and has earned a BBB accreditation with an A+ rating, though you should definitely understand the licensing and inspection records for the different levels of care before making decisions, and it's always helpful to talk to current residents, families, and staff to gather feedback. The estimated price range is $3,307 to $9,386 per month, and there's a "connect" function available to set up tours, consultations, or video visits.

The campus itself is well designed for senior comfort and safety, with handicap features, a modern sprinkler system, higher outlets, large sign fonts, and a good amount of natural light in rooms and common areas thanks to a smart lighting system, which makes it easier to get around and see everything clearly, and each apartment or suite has a kitchenette, private bathroom, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and cable TV. For dining, there are restaurant-style meals from chef-designed menus, plenty of healthy snacks, and options for special diets, and there's a large dining room where people gather for meals or coffee. Social and wellness activities happen often, including arts and crafts, education programs, and events in the Performing Arts Center, while family rooms on the second and third floors give a quiet spot for visitors and residents to spend time together.

There's a strong sense of community here, with outdoor gardens for walking or relaxing, a fitness center with senior-friendly equipment, a salon and barbershop, WiFi throughout the property, guest parking, and amenities like a game and activities room to keep folks active and social, and pets are allowed. The Jordan River Lobby welcomes you with a water feature and a large custom wooden cross that shows off the faith-based mission of the place. Safety is a big deal, so there are emergency call systems and staff around-the-clock for skilled nursing and memory support residents. Transportation services are available for doctor visits and errands, and housekeeping and laundry help take the load off daily chores.

It's a good idea for families to compare the different types of care-assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing-to see which fits best, and to review the service options, contract terms, costs, and payment options carefully before choosing. Jordan River Health Campus mainly aims to help seniors keep their independence while staying safe and comfortable, and there are resources, caregiver forums, and support to help families understand their choices and manage care needs over time.
