    Good for seniors, neglects families

I appreciate the low, income-based rent and strong security, but I've found it overwhelmingly senior-only with no family housing - I've even seen families left homeless. Staff are unresponsive; phones go unanswered and there are no callbacks. Good for seniors on a budget, awful if you need family support.

    About Lebanon Square Apartments

Lebanon Square Apartments sits at 310 Hill St in Lebanon, Tennessee, and offers senior apartments for people aged 55 and up, with special options for those 62 and older or for adults with mobility issues over 18, and the property is both well-kept and updated to suit the needs of older adults, so you'll see units with features like ramps, wide hallways, and lever door handles for easier movement. The apartments come in several sizes, from 11 efficiency units with a full kitchen and bathroom in a single space for living, dining, and sleeping, up to 35 one-bedroom apartments that have a roomy living and dining area, a full kitchen, and a comfortable bath-some units go up to 2,000 square feet for those who want more space and a touch of luxury, with larger layouts and upgraded details, while pet-friendly policies allow residents to keep their companions close.

Residents won't have to worry about property taxes and most utilities are included in the rent, which helps lower living costs for many, and with a choice of affordable, market-rate, and luxury options-some priced by government housing programs, others available without income limits-you'll find homes for people with many budgets, and those who qualify for government aid can look into programs like Section 8 vouchers or Project-Based Rental Assistance, which are available on site, and there's also easy access to supportive housing for the elderly for those who need it. Waiting lists are in place, so folks should expect that when applying, and the staff or property managers provide printed brochures, online information, and details about lease terms, eligibility, or area median income guidelines if you ask.

Living at Lebanon Square lets residents take part in a busy community with regular social activities and cultural events, where you'll find people gathering in shared rooms or outdoor seating areas surrounded by well-kept landscaping, and things like community dining, transportation, and housekeeping make daily life easier for many. The community supports people with different needs, whether that's active older adults, folks who need some daily support, independent seniors, or those with memory care concerns, since the campus connects to a wider network of care types including assisted living, home care, and nursing home options, so residents can get more help if needed.

The apartments try to offer peace of mind and a sense of security, since management keeps things friendly and welcoming, and staff gets noted for being helpful and kind, which goes a long way in creating a good place to live. Lebanon Square's received awards for its strong community engagement, especially for activities that take care of seniors' physical, mental, and emotional health, and for chef-planned meals that focus on nutrition and presentation, so eating well is part of daily life, too.

Nearby, there are other options like Meadow of Lebanon, Saddlebrook, Ironwood Apartments, Peyton Manor, and Wood Falls Apartments, while schools, hospitals, and public transportation are not far, making it easy for residents to get around or have visitors stop by. Information about the community, including photos, floorplans, reviews, and a map feature, is available online for those wanting to look around, and folks can compare Lebanon Square to other senior living places to see what fits best.
