NorthCliff sits on Highway 22 in Lexington, Tennessee, and has offered support to seniors since February 11, 2015. NorthCliff Assisted Living provides assisted living, independent living, memory care, and nursing home services, so residents can get the help they need as they age. NorthCliff remains a locally operated private community, currently managed by Ms. Barbara Dyer, and the team works closely with healthcare providers to tailor care plans and support overall health and wellness.
