Nice facility, but unreliable care.
I toured and appreciated the beautiful, clean facility-private rooms, pleasant smell, welcoming front-line staff and nice amenities (dining, salon, gym, theater). But chronic understaffing, inconsistent CNA/nursing care, poor management responsiveness, hygiene lapses, cold/unappetizing food and even reports of mice are major red flags. It felt expensive for the unreliable care; I'd only consider it for short-term rehab and would NOT trust it for long-term placement unless staffing and leadership change.
