    Excellent care, clean home, recommended

I moved my mom here and couldn't be happier - director Pam and the staff are phenomenal: kind, professional, patient and truly caring. The small, homey facility is spotlessly clean and well kept; residents seemed happy. All-inclusive pricing felt like great value - meals, meds, laundry and most services are handled in-house, with plenty of activities. Meals are generally good but menu choices can be limited; rooms can be tight for two. Be aware there's limited medical coverage after hours, no van transport for outings, and often a waiting list with a nonrefundable deposit. Overall very pleased and I highly recommend it.

About The Arbors at Willow Springs

The Arbors at Willow Springs sits in Spring Hill, Tennessee, close to places like The Fainting Goat Coffee and Walgreens, and you'll find the address at 1040 Campbell Station Pkwy. This senior living community, running since 1981, offers assisted living, memory care, independent living, adult day club programs, respite care, rehabilitation, and even hospice care. The campus layout feels homelike, and suites are part of small neighborhoods with a common area for residents to gather, which makes it a comfortable place for folks who like seeing familiar faces. The setting's peaceful, with landscaped gardens, walking paths, and easy access to daily needs, including dining spots like Hardee's and medical offices.

Care at The Arbors is personalized and the community uses an individualized approach, creating detailed plans for each resident that focus on independence, interests, and safety. For those with Alzheimer's or dementia, the Best Friends™ Approach supports memory care through trust, empathy, and personal connection, and there's a Snoezelen Room where gentle lights, sounds, and scents help residents relax. Trained caregivers are on hand round the clock for medication management, help with bathing or dressing, therapy needs, and to supervise activities, and a full-time nurse manages health plans. Residents with Long-term Care Insurance or other financing needs can get guidance with insurance paperwork.

Amenities aim at comfort and activity, so you'll see private and semi-private rooms (with private baths) that are well-lit and have cable TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, washers, and dryers; there's even a whirlpool bath for assisted bathing. Common spaces include a dining room (with freshly cooked-to-order meals that can meet dietary needs), a fitness center with a NU-Step™ bike and weights, a library, salon/barbershop, game and activity room, and guest parking. For day-to-day life, staff handle housekeeping, routine deep cleaning, laundry, and maintenance. The campus is built for safety and independence, with handrails, an emergency call system, and easy access throughout even for those with mobility aids.

Activities encourage involvement-there are daily events, both spontaneous and planned, from arts and crafts to dancing, games, religious services, and horticulture, and residents often run many of these activities themselves. The Hometown Hospitality Program creates a welcoming atmosphere, and meals have received recognition for quality along with awards for activities, dining, and friendliness. The Arbors at Willow Springs coordinates care with outside healthcare providers and offers transportation to appointments. Room types include studios and options for private or shared spaces, and there are choices for VA aid assistance.

This community holds a solid reputation for care and quality, ranking fourth highest in the city with a review score of 4.3 from 11 reviews and a rating of 8 out of 10. Staff are friendly and recognized for being thorough and responsive, and the property is verified by Seniorly, supporting its credibility. Residents can get exact pricing and availability on request and the community offers tours for families thinking about moving in. The Arbors at Willow Springs works to feel more like home than a big campus by focusing on people, their life stories, and everyday comfort.
