Warm staff, serious safety concerns
I have mixed feelings. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive, the apartments are nice and homelike, the community and activities can be excellent, and medication administration and dining are often well run. But I experienced serious safety and care issues - licensing concerns, understaffing, poor hygiene/diapering and infrequent showers, unexplained bruises and theft, weight loss/poor dental care, hospice miscommunication and unexpected rent increases - so I cannot recommend it without personally verifying licensing, staffing and safety.
