    Attractive facility, unreliable daily care

I liked the building-clean, modern rooms, in-unit kitchenette, lots of activities, gym/pool and excellent PT/OT-but my experience with daily care was mixed. The place is understaffed too often, call buttons and laundry take forever, meals were usually terrible, and I saw rude or uncaring CNAs, mismanaged meds, soiled linens and even urine smell/pressure sore concerns. A few staff were kind and maintenance/therapy were good, but I would not trust this for someone who isn't very independent.
