Luxury community with management issues
I love the brand-new, luxury apartments, beautiful grounds and resort-style amenities (pool, therapy pool, theater, game room) - the community is active and clean and maintenance is outstanding. Staff (Brooke, Bethany, Laura, Blake, Juan) have been friendly and helpful and activities are plentiful, so I'd recommend it to families and 62+ residents. My complaints: it can be pricey for some, dining options are lacking, trash/garbage smells and broken amenities (hot tub, occasional cold pool) have been recurring, and cable/internet outages and billing errors happen. Biggest downside: an unprofessional/rude manager (Christa B.) who made me feel like a number and follow-up from management can be weak. Overall I'm glad I moved here but would advise asking about fees and management before signing.
